An energy healing session may include releasing discordant energies, clearing Akashic Records and releasing blocks to positive expression, clearing and balancing the chakras, inner child progression, self-forgiveness releasing statements, color therapy, vibrational application of essential oils, flower remedies and healing patterns, techniques to reduce emotional stress, affirmations, meditations, or as otherwise guided.
